How long have you been working as a zookeeper/vet/vet nurse?

Three years as a Keeper here at MZ

How did you get into zookeeping/vet/vet nursing as a profession?

I have always wanted to work with animals for as long as I can remember. After studying Zoology at uni, I did some volunteer work at Melbourne Zoo before being offered a keeping job.

What do you love most about your job?

Being able to work up-close with some amazing animals.

What has been the wildest moment of your career so far?

By far, being involved with breeding Snow Leopards. The fact that we hadn't bred them for 20 years and that they are an endangered species made the birth so special.
