Melbourne Zoo: Dokkoon the pregnant elephant
Dokkoon is doing really well, exercising a lot and with a good appetite. She's not gaining weight yet - that will come later. The Keepers find that since she's been pregnant she's been quite a bit more 'clingy' and follows them around the paddocks. Dokkoon has become very close to the Zoo's older female, Mek Kapah, and the two of them spend a lot of time together.
